Studies have shown yoga also boosts immunity, can ease migraines, helps you sleep better and can help you fight food cravings among many many more benefits.
Vinyasa Flow Yoga links breath with movement and is often referred to as a moving meditation. The smooth continuous movement through a sequence of postures increases not only flexibility, but strength and balance as well. Physically, the sweat rids the body of toxins and re-energizes your body. Mentally, the focus on breath and the present moment relaxes the mind and helps release any blockage of energy. Although the type of yoga is not limited to Vinyasa Flow, it has been a huge focus for Madi in her own practice.
